As part of Pearson’s ongoing investment in assessment technology, our talent assessments are transitioning from the current TalentLens Online platform to Palladium, Pearson’s in-house, cloud-based assessment platform.

The transition will take place in phases, with guidance and support from Pearson throughout your migration. Your existing assessments will remain unchanged, and you will continue to have access to the current platform until your migration is complete.
